Amazon Connect is a self-service, cloud-based contact centre service that makes it easy for any business to deliver better customer service at lower cost.

It changes the contact centre world from being about lines and licences to consumption-based pricing, enhanced scalability and enabling customers to serve themselves.


Pay as you go pricing

You pay for Amazon Connect usage by the minute with no long-term commitments or upfront charges. There is no minimum monthly fee or per seat cost.


Reliability

As a Cloud-based service, Amazon Connect is more highly available, fault tolerant and scalable than any on-site system.


Scale the peaks with ease

Amazon Connect can scale on demand so that you can handle peaks and troughs without contention and pay only for what you have used, not what you thought you might need.


Simple management

The drag and drop Contact Flow Editor makes it easy to maintain and develop your service as needs change.


Open platform

Amazon Connect is built to inter-operate with your systems through APIs and there are integrations to popular customer relationship management systems. AWS Lambda can be used to write serverless code to control other activities and data can be stored or reported on using low-cost AWS services.


AI-enabled

AWS provides a number of artificial intelligence services that can be used to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.
