Buckinghamshire Council hopes to save taxpayers £15m a year with new contracts system

Arcus Global has created software for £101,000 which it claims will change the the way council contracts are stored and managed, saving taxpayers at least £15million a year. Buckinghamshire County Council aims to go live with the Contract Management System on August 26 and has also agreed a partnership deal to sell the product on to other authorities.
