Arcus maintains, monitors and runs your infrastructure on an ongoing basis.
Arcus maintains, monitors and runs your infrastructure on an ongoing basis. We provide three levels of service:
Infrastructure level - maintains your infrastructure but leaves operating system patching and application maintenance to you
OS level - maintains your infrastructure and the operating systems that run on it, patching the OS at least monthly
Advanced level - adds maintenance of additional security systems to the OS Level e.g. for systems that host data with a government security classification or that connect to the PSN or N3 networks
These managed services are provided from 09:00 until 17:00 on UK business days. If you require out of hours support, our 24/7 Priority One Call-out Service can be added to any of the above managed services. View a comparison of our managed services.
All of the above services include our proprietary proactive monitoring service and secure CMaaS portal for free.
