Arcus Global and a select group of Arcus customers have been shortlisted for the Digital Leaders 100 List
23rd April 2019: Arcus is thrilled to announce that Arcus Answer has been shortlisted for the AI Innovation of the Year award category Digital Leaders 100 List (DL100). Additionally, Arcus customers Aylesbury Vale District Council and NHS BSA (Business Services Authority) have achieved places on the shortlist for the Digital Council of the Year and Digital Leader of the Year categories.
The DL100 list celebrates the teams and individuals whose work is contributing to the UK’s Digital Transformation.
The award for AI Innovation of the Year shortlist includes Arcus Answer. Arcus Answer uses Amazon’s AI technology to provide an instant, 24/7 answer to customer calls. This technology provides enhanced customer service, reduces the workload of call centre staff, and reduces costs.
The shortlist for Digital Leader of the Year includes Darren Curry, NHS BSA Chief Digital Officer, and Maryvonne Hassell, Assistant Director of Digital Delivery at Aylesbury Vale District Council. Darren is responsible for the delivery of national NHS digital services which account for over 20 million transactions per year. Maryvonne leads AVDC’s digital transformation programme which focusses largely on cloud technology and AI integration.
For Digital Council of the Year, Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) has been nominated. AVDC has enhanced its digital capabilities through Arcus’ cloud-based CRM and a Digital Services Hub, which provides a fully integrated digital environment from the user-focused front end to office-focused back end, fully automating the business processes for regulatory services. Building and planning are soon to come on line.
Kate Warboys, Head of Marketing at Arcus Global says: “We are delighted to see not only Arcus Answer recognised for the innovation and the impact it is having, but also that our partners are recognised as leaders in UK’s digital transformation. Technological innovation is changing all aspects of life and business and it is great to be working alongside individuals and organisations with strong leadership, a clear vision and desire to transform people’s lives.”
The DL100 is decided by public vote, which opened on the week commencing 8th April 2019 and closes on 10th May. The top places in the list and the sector winners will be announced at an Awards Dinner on the 20th of June 2019 in Central London. Please vote by clicking on the following:
