Over the past months, Arcus Global has been invited into discussions with Her Majesty’s Land Registry (HMLR) regarding the development of a connector to our Local Land Charge program. The project will see all Local Land Charges registers being centralised and held by the Land Registry, providing a consistent approach towards access, price and format.
While the project has been around for a few years, it’s now gathering speed. Just last week £26 million was allocated to the project to help Local Authorities and Arcus users are now preparing to make the move.
Working with the Land Registry, Arcus has passed the supplier assessment stage and are moving towards our applications being fully integrated with HMLR for all existing and any new customers in the very near future.
