Christmas is a time of giving, so Arcus are pleased to announce the service that we provide to a company helping UK charities. REAL Fundraising provides professional fundraising services to leading UK charities. As part of the service they offer their clients they need to call donors to confirm donations and also need to be able to handle donor opt-outs as well as voicemails.
Arcus built a bespoke telephony solution for their team in less than a week on the Amazon Connect platform. The service allowed REAL to facilitate faster communications between their calling team and their team of nationwide fundraisers, improve the donor experience and provide integrations with their existing systems, enabling them to improve service, better track interactions and reduce costs.
This system has delighted the REAL team who find it a much better solution to use which helps them to work as a team sharing information amongst a disparate workforce.
