Arcus retains its ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications, demonstrating continued commitment to high standards

After months of preparation, hard work and a rigorous audit process, we are proud to announce that Arcus Global has achieved recertifications in ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)  and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management).

To gain ISO recertification, Arcus underwent an extensive evaluation process that included in-depth assessments of our quality, environmental and information security  management systems, documentation review, and an audit of our processes and compliance.

The ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications are an assurance that we have robust and clearly defined processes in place across the business. By maintaining these certifications we have evidenced our quality management systems, the high level of customer service we provide and our ability to protect information and data. As well as a strong focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly development initiatives.

Nick Howes, Chief Executive Officer at Arcus Global comments: “The decision to once again work towards ISO recertification demonstrates our promise to provide high-quality, secure and trusted solutions and services to our customers. Identifying our environmental impact and achieving ISO 14001 certification goes hand in hand with Arcus’ environmentally friendly ethos, and means that we’re able to make our day-to-day operations more sustainable.

The audit process has been extremely thorough and I’d like to thank the team for their dedication, and for ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible.”
