We recognise the power of our green spaces. Not only do they improve the quality of our local areas by making them visually appealing and providing environments for wildlife to thrive in, but they also have a positive effect on peoples’ mental health and wellbeing.

As part of Arcus Global’s commitment to supporting sustainability, we will be donating 100 tree saplings to new and existing Local Authority customers to enrich their local communities – it’s something that we’re pledging to do every year. We will work with our customers to carefully identify the right location and species and help them source and plant in their areas.

As an ISO 14001 accredited organisation we are very conscious of our footprint and strive to make a positive impact on the environment. This all starts with our office in Cambridge, which has been constructed from locally-sourced and recycled concrete and designed to reduce energy consumption. It even collects and stores rainwater for things like flushing toilets.

The Grow Green with Us tree planting programme is our way of saying thank you to our valued customers and helping to enrich local spaces for their citizens. Green spaces greatly benefit people living around them, reducing stress and encouraging exercise, by giving people a good quality area local to them to spend their recreation time. With new saplings planted each year, we’re committed to helping our customers create happy and healthy communities and neighbourhoods, whilst working towards reducing carbon emissions.

The programme is now open to new and existing customers and the first sapling will be planted later this year. If you’d like to register your interest, then please get in touch with us.
