Arcus Global Shortlisted for Three More Awards!
Arcus Global is delighted to have been shortlisted in three categories in the Cambridgeshire SME Business Awards. The three categories are Business of the Year, Business of the Year Greater than 50, and the High Growth Business Award.
We have had another exciting year at Arcus Global. We have grown on average of between 80 and 100% each year. Our staff team continues to expand and more and more meeting rooms have been taken over as office space to accommodate our growing team.
Arcus Global is a company that is dedicated to making a difference to the Public Sector. We passionately believe that our way of working saves precious resources that could be spent more effectively and meaningfully elsewhere. This is particularly important at a time of continuing reductions in Public Sector resources.
Working at Arcus is invigorating and different. Our culture is fundamental to our success. At Arcus we embrace difference and diversity and see it as the core contributor to our success. We encourage all staff to be ingenious, creative and courageous. We are a ‘flat organisation’ where all staff are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, take responsibility for their own work and develop their role and individuals strengths. We work in a no blame atmosphere which fosters a brave and ‘can do’ spirit across the business.
Commenting on Arcus Global’s success as a finalist in three categories Denis Kaminskiy, CEO, Denis Kaminskiy, Co Founder of Arcus said:
‘I am really pleased that we have been shortlisted in three categories. I am personally very proud that we have been shortlisted in the High Growth Category. This is sponsored by the Judge Business School, a place close to my heart and where I met Lars Malmqvist, my Co Founder at Arcus. Being shortlisted is a recognition of the continuing hard work and success that this hard work brings to all the team at Arcus.’
The winners of the awards will be announced at the Business Weekly’s Awards dinner will be held at Huntingdon Marriott Hotel, on the evening of Wednesday, April 5 2017.
