We passionately believe that our way of working saves precious resources to be deployed more effectively and meaningfully elsewhere. We encourage all staff to be ingenious, creative and courageous. We are a ‘flat organisation’ where all staff are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, take responsibility for their own work and develop their role and individuals strengths. We work in a no blame atmosphere which fosters a brave and ‘can do’ spirit across the business.
