About Arcus

You will plan, manage and deliver projects that enable our clients to migrate to and use AWS services.

Arcus Global is an award-winning SME that is growing rapidly and delivers Cloud  solutions to clients within the public sector. This role is in our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Division which was the first in Europe to win the AWS Public Sector competency and scored 1000/1000 in its last AWS Managed Service Partner Audit. We have been helping the public sector to use AWS since 2011 and have a reputation for creating innovative but practical solutions at speed.

We are based in Cambridge but need to provide a team that will be on-site in the West Midlands for four days a week. We are therefore keen to create a team that is home-based and can either commute daily to the West Midlands or can stay in the area on a weekly basis (we will pay travel and subsistence expenses in both cases). This role will be one of the senior positions within that team and will be responsible for writing and agreeing work packages and deadlines within a large programme, ensuring effective delivery and managing external stakeholders.

  • Tracking client satisfaction and ensuring that they are happy with the service that we provide

  • Understanding and coordinating the resolution of technical and business issues

  • Delivering what was promised on time and budget

  • Using a mixture of Agile and Prince2 techniques as required by the client

  • Running lessons learned reviews and improving processes
