Digital Services Hub (DSH) Revenues and Benefits is a single, secure, scalable portal through which citizens and businesses access their Council Tax, Business Rates, and Benefits accounts to view statements, receive notifications and track upcoming payments. Additional modules are available for Landlords and Business Improvement Districts.

Arcus Regulatory Services is part of the Arcus platform, including but not limited to CRM, Housing, Built Environment, FOI and Waste Management.

Further expansion of customer facing functionality such as self-service, customer accounts and public registers is available through the Arcus Digital Services Hub.
