Arcus Quick Report It is a web based, highly configurable, pin-in-map issue reporting tool.
It can be used by logged in or guest users, on any device and allows a very wide range of issue types to reported including fly tips and vandalism as well as noise issues.
It can be set up very rapidly and customers can add and remove issue types for reporting in a matter of minutes.
Reports are logged in the Arcus Local or Central Government CRM product.

Further expansion of customer facing functionality such as self-service, customer accounts and public registers is available through the Arcus Digital Services Hub.
